Chal Insha apne gaaon mein

Baithenge sukh ki chaaon mein”

~ Ibne Insha

Aaj Ibne Insha ki ye ghazal padhi Chal Insha Apne Gaaon Mein aur padhte hi yaaden taaza hogaeen apne ghar aur aangan ki aur is tasveer mein jo ghana saayaadaar darakht hai wohi hai jahan hum pehron pehr is ke neeche hansi khushi apne bhai behnon ke saath guzaar dete the.

Gilehriyon ke peeche peeche daudte the unhen pakadne ke liye, badi mushkil se koi haath aati magar itni chulbuli hoti hain ke kuch hi der le paate the.

Wo bhi kya daur tha… ye un dinon ki baat hai jab bijli bohot kam aati thi is ke bawajood bhi hum pursukoon the.

Haath ke pankhe bhi hua karte the lekin bhari dopehri mein bhi aangan mein thandi hawa ke jhaunke aaj bhi yaad aate hain.

Kya waqt tha wo bhi jab hum waqt ki qaid se aazaad hua karte the, dhoop, garmi, sardi kisi baat ki koi fikr hi nahin thi.

Mazedaar daur tha…

Aur haaaan haath waala nal (hand pump) bhi to hua karta tha. Sab to bezaar hote honge lekin hum bachon ko to bada maza aata, jab jab kisi ko paani chaahiye hota to hum log nal chalaane pohonch jaate daud ke.

Isi khel khel aur daud bhaag mein kab din guzar jaata pata hi nahin chalta. Shaam ho jaati to laaltain jalaai jaati thi.

Aaj bhi yaad hai laaltain jalaane ka bhi bada shauq hua karta tha. Bade ghaur se dekhte the ke kis tarah use jalaaya jaata hai aur uska kaanch nikaal kar saaf kiya jaata tha jalaane se pehle.

Andhera hone se pehle pehle hi aangan mein sab ki chaarpaaiyaan lagaa di jaati theen.

Andhere se yaad aaya ke tab jugnu bhi hua karte the, kabhi apni muthi mein pakda karte to kabhi daaman mein chupa lete the. Subhan Allah kya khoobsurat takhleeq hai Allah Taala ki.

Chaarpaaiyon ka zikr ho aur machardaani ka nahin, ye kaise mumkin hai. Machardaani bhi lagaai jaati thi aur us mein sona itna pursukoon lagta ke bus…

Us machardaani lagi chaarpaai mein let kar aasman ka wo dilkash nazaara dekhna… had-e-nigaah tak taare hi taare… unhen dekhna itna fascinating lagta tha.

I bet nothing can replace it. Aap chaahe kitne hi khoobsurat kamre mein aur zabardast AC mein soiye magar jo maza taare gin gin kar sone mein hai wo maza kisi aur jagah kahan…

Yaqeen na aae to ghoom kar aaiye kisi aisi jagah. Yaqeen aa jaaega.

Khule aasmaan ke tale taare dekhte dekhte soona aur is khoobsurati ka izaafa karne chaand bhi aata tha. Chaandni raat mein ghar raushni se munavvar (illuminated) ho jaata tha.

Aur subah ki to kya hi baat hai, chidiyen uthaane aati hain apni suruli aawaaz mein. Thats what i call Nature’s alarm. Kis khoobsurat andaaz se chehchahaati hain, Allah Taala ki hamd-o-sana bayaan karti hain ke banda sharma jaae.

Ye sab kuch tab bhi itna hi dil lubhaata tha aur ab bhi yehi kuch haal hai.

Ye to ek shair tha jise padh kar itna kuch yaad aagaya. Kuch na poochiye aur kin kin baaton se apna watan apna ghar apna wo aangan yaad aata hai.

Mitti ki khushbu…

Rail ki patri par daudti rail ki aawaaz… aaah! this one is a real trigger.

Narm Hawa ka jhaunka…

Chidiyon ka chehchahaana

Chaudhveeen ka chaand aur na jaane kya kya…

Humaara bhi Dil kehta hai Ibne Insha ki tarah kehta hai…

Chal Bushra apne gaaon mein,

Baithenge sukh ki chaaon mein

These are the thoughts bouncing around in my head that take me back home… What are yours??

More about that in a future blog In Sha Allah.
